You can make money from your app by enabling your customers to do more of what usually generates revenue for your business. ie Sell products, food orders, bookings, offer services, all which can be paid for with Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. If you wish, you may also charge customers to download your app from the App Stores.
There are no long term contacts. Both the Standard App PRO and the Premium App PRO + plans are month to month you can cancel your account at any time.
Your app will continue to run until the end of its current billing period (e.g. end of your current billing month or year), then at this time the app will be deactivated.
Standard App PRO and Premium App PRO + plans require the creation of your own Developer accounts to submit your iOS and Android apps to the App Stores. Apple charges an annual fee of $99 for this and Google charges a one-off fee of $25.
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) allows you to see a full list of all your customers who are using the app, including all their details and app actions. App actions consist of any action a customer takes within the app, eg orders, purchases, bookings, messages, forms completed, loyalty earned etc. Additionally you can also send one-2-one messages and create customer groups, to allow messaging to defined customer types.
